Text Searching transcripts by a keyword in gene symbol, gene description and KEGG pathway name.Forcipomyia taiwana (F. taiwana) is one of the most notorious hematophagic midges in Taiwan and Southern China. The de novo assembly of F. taiwana resulted in a genome of 130,434,311 bp assembled in 113 scaffolds. The maximum length of the scaffolds in the genome assembly is about 7.5 Mbp, and N50 is 2,601,316 bp. The genome annotation is done by MAKER3(Holt and Yandell, 2011), there are total 16987 predicted genes and 22164 predicted transcripts.
